1. About SampleRelay
These terms apply to your use of SampleRelay. SampleRelay is a software-as-a-service tool operated from Belgium. Contact:

2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SampleRelay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including private beta participants.
3. Private Beta
SampleRelay is currently in private beta and provided free of charge during the beta period. We may change features, pricing, or access at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Founding Plan
An optional Founding Plan is available at €19/month, processed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by law.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use SampleRelay only for lawful business purposes. You must not send spam, store personal data without a lawful basis, access other users' data, or reverse engineer the software. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of data you enter. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for storing personal data of retail buyers. See our Privacy Policy and DPA.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or €19 if nothing was paid.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
