SampleRelay is provided for legitimate business use by brands managing retail sample outreach.
Permitted Use
Tracking physical samples sent to retail buyers, storing contacts you have a legitimate relationship with, sending follow-up emails to those contacts, collecting buyer feedback, and exporting your own data.
Prohibited Use
You must not: send spam, store personal data without a lawful basis, store sensitive data without safeguards, harass anyone, access other accounts, circumvent security, reverse engineer the software, use it illegally, resell access without permission, or scrape data at scale.
Data Responsibilities
You are the data controller for buyer data you enter and are responsible for a lawful basis. SampleRelay acts as processor — see our DPA.
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund. We notify you where possible before acting, unless there is immediate risk.
